The Villa celebrates Lyon’s gastronomy with a simple but creative menu, designed by starred Chef Thierry Marx and prepared by a talented team with the best products from the region.

The Chef reinvents the classics of Lyon’s gastronomy to offer an accessible and convivial cuisine.

The place


The restaurant is located in the heart of Edouard Herriot Hospital – HCL, in Pavilion 17. Formerly a historic monument that welcomed the management of the establishment, Pavilion 17 has now been renovated to re-enchant the lunches and dinners of the Lyonnais.

The promise ? To open the hospital’s doors and make it a warm and convivial place. It has now been done: thanks to the friendly architecture of the place, there is not physical separation between the team in the kitchen, those in the dining room, and the customers; the kitchen is on display, in full view from the dining room.
